Store FAQ's

When will my order ship?

Smaart software licenses are automatically delivered via email as soon as your order is placed. Usually within minutes, but in certain cases it can take up to a few hours. Be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received your license code email within 24 hrs.

Hard goods are generally shipped out within 24-48 hours after your order is placed. You will receive a shipment notification email, including a tracking number, once your order has been processed and shipped.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx).  (UPS & FedEx cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. USPS shipping is required for delivery to these types of addresses).

Upon checkout you will be presented with the shipping options available for your order, along with the cost for each. You can choose whichever option suits your needs.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free US Ground shipping for orders over $99. Check out our Free Shipping Details page for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

Rational Acoustics offers shipping to destinations outside of the USA for some of the items we sell. Items that we cannot sell/ship outside of the USA, due to contractual agreements with our suppliers or other constraints, are noted as 'US Only" in the product descriptions on our web site. International orders may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, that are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once your order has shipped, Rational Acoustics is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our online store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

If you need to pay via a different method, please contact sales@rationalacoustics.com.

What is your return / refund policy?

Where can I find an invoice for my online order?

When you order goods from the Rational Acoustics online store, you will receive an order confirmation containing a summary of your order as well as links to view your order details online and to download a PDF copy of your order invoice.  This order confirmation email is sent to whatever email address you entered during the checkout process.
