With the launch of Smaart v9, Rational Acoustics is moving from a version based product to an edition based platform. After launch (September 27, 2022), all current Rational Acoustics products (Smaart Suite, RT, LE, and SPL) are software editions based on the v9 code.
Smaart Suite is the full-featured flagship edition of Smaart - the direct upgrade from Smaart v8. Smaart RT, LE, and SPL each represent a subset of features and/or functionality derived from Smaart Suite.
