    Default TF folders not deleting

    Hey all,
Im trying to fix a bug on a friends install. The problem is that when you go to TF there are a lot of old folders and "stored" measurement traces in the "tree" you can delete them, but they come up again if you restart smaart. If you delete them and restart they still come back. Trashing the config.xml file only removes the traces and some of the folders not all. Trying to figure out what version he is on think its 7.3xx mac. What decides what folders to load? and a related question can you create a folder structure that loaded every time aka SUB's top fill etc?

    Rasmus,

That is a bug with 7.3.0.x that was fixed in 7.3.1.x.

Prior to version 7.3 stored trace information was stored in the primary configuration file. With version 7.3 we divorced the two and started storing trace information in it's own configuration file. The bug mentioned was a casualty of this change. The impetus for the change was as you mentioned. We'd like to be able to have traces be persistent regardless of what primary configuration you are using.
