We are very happy to announce the addition of John Aldrich to Rational Acoustics in the position of “Technical Support Specialist”. Although in keeping with our current job titling scheme, we have decided to call him “Boy Wonder” instead.
In his new position, John will provide daily customer support and technical issue resolution for Smaart® software and peripheral hardware products via phone, e-mail and other electronic mediums (i.e. these here forums). John will manage the overall Smaart knowledgebase and review, create and refine Rational’s technical support offerings as needed. Additionally, he will assist the development team here with bug reporting and new release/new product testing and documentation (meaning he gets to try to break stuff before we allow it out the door).
John will be the person on the other end of the email@example.com e-mail address just as soon as we get him trained and up to speed.
Prior to joining Rational Acoustics, John was a computer IT specialist at Inet in New London, CT where he installed and maintained network systems for a variety of businesses and supported clients in their operation.
