Pink Sweep

Does the pink sweep accompish the same as playing a cd or pink noise as the reference trace for a transfer function? is there a step by step instruction on how to do this for a basic system optimization (mixer eq amp fullrange FOH cabs) ideally this would be much quicker and not have to subject the owners of the club to pinknoise - any advise or altenate recomendations would be appreciated

Pink Sweep is actually a bit more annoying. Music with pink noise just loud enough to fill in the empty spots is probably the way to go. Pick songs your club owner likes.
